Job Summary
Account Director for Retail (Atlanta, GA) responsible for account and opportunity planning, driving profitable sales of NCR Voyix's Retail portfolio (hardware, software, professional services, and managed services) into retail customers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop strategic account plans, manage the sales funnel from pipeline to closure, build strong customer relationships, present high-quality proposals, coordinate with internal resources, and continually fill the pipeline to achieve quarter-on-quarter growth. Requires strong relationship management, sales support, and account-development skills, with a focus on delivering value through NCR self-service solutions and ensuring customer requirements are met. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 5+ years of sales experience in retail or related solutions, with a track record of quota attainment and consultative selling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of proven sales experience
- Experience in the Retail industry
- Experience in selling solutions – infrastructure & software applications are highly advantageous
- Proven sales success in attaining quota objectives
- Proven ability to develop senior level business relationships
- Consultative selling approach
