Job Summary
AccountDirector focused on Healthcare & Life Sciences responsible for owning executive-level relationships with healthcare and life sciences organizations, leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles, designing pilots with solutions and research engineering, ensuring compliant deployment of AI in regulated environments, and meeting revenue targets. The role involves collaboration across marketing, partnerships, and cross-functional teams, traveling as needed in a hybrid-structured, relocation-assisted environment; based in San Francisco with a three-days-in-office hybrid model, and allowance for relocation. The candidate should bring deep enterprise software or PaaS experience in healthcare/life sciences, a track record of >$2M+ annual revenue in regulated sectors, and familiarity with HIPAA, GxP, privacy, and security considerations, along with the ability to translate scientific and business needs into scalable AI solutions and repeatable sales motions.
Required Qualifications
- 14+ years selling complex enterprise software or platform-as-a-service solutions to healthcare or life sciences customers
- Experience managing C-suite relationships across R&D, IT, medical, and commercial teams
- Experience achieving annual revenue targets in regulated industries
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (drug discovery, clinical trials, regulatory submissions, market access)
- Familiarity with data privacy, compliance (HIPAA, GxP), and security in healthcare
