Job Summary
As an Account Director focused on expansion, you will expand the customer base across strategic accounts and develop go-to-market strategies to engage C-level decision-makers. Responsibilities include prospecting and closing new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline, executing account-based sales strategies for high-potential enterprise customers, leading complex sales cycles, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success. This role requires strong skills in enterprise sales, complex deal cycles, and business value positioning.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and consistent overachievement.
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with C-level leaders (CIO, COO, CXO).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset.
- Fluency in both French and English languages.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling cloud-based, CX, AI, or contact center solutions.
- Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
- Strong network and established relationships with large accounts and ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA a plus).
