Job Summary
Lead revenue growth and ensure profitability for assigned accounts while building strong client relationships through excellent service delivery. Manage and mentor on-site teams to achieve performance goals, oversee resource planning and scheduling, and recruit new team members to support operational success. Identify new business opportunities to drive account growth and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocols. Maintain a clean drivers abstract and pass a federal criminal background check. Requires minimum two years of operational experience in custodial and maintenance management with multi-site contract exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in Custodial & Maintenance management
- Ability to travel overnight when required
- Must pass a Federal criminal background check
- Must have a clean drivers abstract
Desired Qualifications
- Experience overseeing custodial operations in retail and office environments
- Multi site contract experience
