Job Summary
Account Director responsible for owning international enterprise client relationships and driving growth in Amazon Advertising and retail media strategies. Lead development and execution of media and ecommerce strategies across platforms (Amazon, Walmart, OTTO, eBay, etc.), translate client goals into actionable plans, steer cross-functional teams (media, analytics, content, marketplace operations), oversee campaign management across retail media tools (Criteo, Mabaya, CitrusAd, Microsoft Retail Media, Skai) to optimize traffic, sales, and ROI, build strong partnerships with retail media platforms, and contribute to thought leadership with innovative approaches. Requires 8+ years in ecommerce/digital marketing/retail media, experience managing client strategy at agencies, platforms, or brands, hands-on knowledge of Amazon Advertising and AMC, and strong communication and leadership capabilities. English fluency; German is a plus.
