Job Summary
Account Director driving end-to-end sales of litigation-support services (Electronic Data Discovery, Document Hosting/Coding, Consulting, Managed Review, and other Professional Services) for a designated territory. Serve as trusted advisor to clients, identify upsell opportunities, partner with Sales Management on strategy to meet annual revenue targets, conduct hunting, schedule and lead sales calls and demonstrations, manage existing client accounts, coordinate billing and project activities, and achieve daily sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Strong communication and ability to present complex technical details to clients will be critical; role requires collaboration across internal teams and adherence to company policies.
