Job Summary
Enterprise Account Director leads long-cycle, multi-threaded deals by understanding customer strategy, engaging executive stakeholders, and building a compelling business case. Responsibilities include tailoring messaging to executive priorities, discovering customer needs across functions, mapping and influencing complex buying groups, and leading strategic negotiations to balance value and timing. The role requires agile collaboration with internal teams to maximize win probability, extensive experience in SaaS B2B sales, and strong presentation, objection-handling, and stakeholder-management skills. Travel 25%-50% within the territory for on-site sales activities. The role demands at least 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales, experience with CRM/Sales tools, and a proven ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of quota-carrying B2B enterprise sales experience
- Experience selling SaaS based solutions
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong prospecting and pipeline generation with hunter mentality
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Sales Navigator)
- Ability to deliver product demonstrations to decision-makers
- Ability to travel 25%-50% within territory and for on-site training
