Job Summary
Account Director for Enterprise Unit at Clever Digital Marketing leads up to 3–5 enterprise client relationships with multimillion-dollar marketing investments. You serve as the primary strategic partner and executive-facing advisor, driving performance, alignment, and scalable profitability. You’ll own client retention and growth, identify cross-channel opportunities, and translate data-driven insights from ROAS, CPL, and conversion metrics into actionable recommendations. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across media, analytics, CRO, and creative to deliver high-impact campaigns, mentor account teams, and shape scalable delivery frameworks. The role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and executive communication, with travel to the United States on a quarterly basis and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or analytics (or equivalent experience). Bonus experience in home improvement, lead generation, or related industries is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of client-facing account leadership experience within performance-driven sectors
- 4+ years in a performance marketing or agency environment
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Proven experience managing $500K+/month accounts with VP/C-suite visibility
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or analytics (or equivalent experience)
