Account Director Enterprise (DC)

Job Summary
Identify, target, and win new Enterprise customers across the UK, Germany, and wider European markets to build a strong pipeline of 100G/400G connectivity opportunities. Develop and execute new business sales strategies while driving opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature. Build relationships with key decision-makers and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Network Development, and Product teams to shape technically viable solutions. Manage sales activity and pipeline through Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity. Support the development and growth of selected existing accounts by identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. Network at industry events and customer meetings to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
Required Qualifications
- Significant sales experience within Telecoms, Connectivity, Infrastructure or Technology markets
- Strong new business development experience, with a proven ability to generate pipeline and win new customers
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling connectivity, network infrastructure or data centre solutions to Enterprise customers
- Good understanding of the European Telecoms and Enterprise connectivity market
- Must be available for domestic and occasional international travel
- Must be able to work in London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Hanover
