Job Summary
Account Director responsible for delivering sales targets and KPIs through managing a mixed portfolio of new and existing clients; drive revenue from unknown or under-leveraged sources; source opportunities via research and networking; implement strategic account management and key account planning; prepare proposals including full costing; offer strategic solutions to business objectives; support marketing programs, new product rollouts, and other initiatives; develop knowledge of client sectors and industry issues; coordinate with internal teams to meet targets; strong emphasis on relationship-building, communication, organization, and proactive sales leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years’ work experience in field
- Market research experience of at least 3 years essential
- Strong academic background
- Hunter mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to meet targets and KPIs
