Job Summary
Lead enterprise sales from pipeline generation to closure for AI-powered platform solutions. Manage ~a dozen key accounts with strategies for comprehensive account plans, own a consumption revenue target and forecasts, and collaborate with solutions, research engineering, and cross-functional teams. Based in Stockholm with a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week).
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service
- Achieving revenue targets >$1M per year for more than 3 years
- Designing and executing complex deal strategies
- Working directly with c-level executives
- Leading high-visibility customer events (CAB, conferences, product launches)
- Communicating technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborating across solutions, marketing, finance, product, and engineering
- Experience selling to enterprise customers and managing key accounts
- Ability to forecast consumption revenue and develop account plans
- Hybrid work experience and ability to operate in Stockholm-based role
