Job Summary
Account Director to drive enterprise growth within a cybersecurity marketing advisory firm. Lead inbound lead conversion, client engagement, solution development, and end-to-end sales process from initial engagement through close. Develop multi-channel marketing programs (content, demand generation, digital campaigns, events), craft compelling proposals and RFP responses, and translate client needs into structured, commercially viable solutions. Collaborate across marketing, delivery, and operations to align client objectives with internal capabilities, and contribute to outbound efforts. Requires 4–8+ years in media/marketing/advertising with experience in planning and sales, familiarity with integrated programs, and ability to lead client conversations and manage multiple opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising, ideally with exposure to both planning and sales
- Background in roles such as Sales Planner, Account Manager, or Account Executive, with progression into client-facing commercial responsibilities
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing programs (content, demand gen, events, digital/media)
- Experience building sales materials, proposals, or media plans aligned to client objectives
- Comfortable leading client conversations and guiding deals forward with confidence and structure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
