Job Summary
Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by developing strategic account plans and prospecting new advertiser relationships across technology, telecommunications, fintech, and app verticals. Negotiate complex partnership agreements from proposal through execution while translating client objectives into integrated marketing solutions leveraging original content, editorial, social media, talent programs, live events, and commerce properties. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior marketing decision makers, leading client meetings, presentations, and annual business reviews to maintain long-term partnership growth. Stay informed on emerging consumer trends and competitive landscapes to identify white space opportunities and shape sales strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of media sales or integrated marketing experience
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual revenue goals
- Strong agency and direct client relationships
- Experience selling integrated media programs that include digital, social, experiential, branded content, and sponsorships
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking and consultative selling abilities
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Boostr
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship
- Complex participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
