Job Summary

Based in Leatherhead or London area with a hybrid office-based role, the Account Director will drive new business and strengthen relationships with enterprise IT clients within Bytes’ Corporate space (2,000 to 10,000 seats). Responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, account growth and development, client engagement, solution alignment, commercial management, pipeline and forecasting, and market intelligence. The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to communicate and present value propositions, and a strategic mindset focused on revenue growth. Core competencies include building long-term partnerships, upselling and cross-selling, and leveraging CRM and sales analytics tools to monitor performance and drive outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ Years Experience in IT Value Added Reseller or related IT sales experience
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Degree Level Qualification – Preferred
