Job Summary
Senior Account Director focused on new business generation and expansion within enterprise IT accounts (2,000–10,000 seats). Based in the Leatherhead or London area or within commuting distance, the role drives account growth through proactive engagement, strategic account planning, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Responsibilities include prospecting via multiple channels, managing complex multinational client relationships, delivering tailored solution roadmaps and ROI demonstrations, collaborating with technical/product teams to design customised IT solutions, leading commercial negotiations, and maintaining robust CRM-driven pipeline and reporting. Core competencies include stakeholder management, strategic selling, excellent communication, and a track record of achieving revenue growth in a corporate IT context.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT sales or IT value-added reselling
- Proven success in selling to enterprise-level accounts (2,000-10,000 seats)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- CRM proficiency and sales analytics experience
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with contract negotiations and renewals
- Strong market intelligence and strategic account planning abilities
