Account Director - Brand Strategy - Marketplace Partnership

Job Summary
Account Director will own 6-8 key accounts in our brand portfolio, spearheading internal projects and driving revenue growth. Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team on advertising performance and KPI improvements, and partner with SEO, Content, and Brand Health teams to optimize ROI across content, advertising, and product assortment. Lead weekly client calls and present advertising and sales performance through regular reporting, including annual reviews. Track progress toward annual revenue targets and maintain annual purchase and sales forecasts. Location is Hybrid in NYC (3 days in office per week).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years in a Senior Brand/Account Management role
- Amazon Seller Central experience a must
- Exceptional communicator with strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
- Must be organized and thoughtful
- Experience with analyzing data to make strategic recommendations
- MS Office Skills Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google
- Experience with Google Analytics, Asana, Helium10, DataHawk a plus
