Job Summary
Account Director responsible for the development and management of a large book of business and client engagements from onboarding through ongoing account management. Leads and manages client relationships to ensure overall satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget delivery. Key duties include expanding strategic relationships beyond day-to-day contacts, overseeing opportunities and proposals, owning client P&L performance, guiding cross-functional teams, driving organic growth plans, serving as escalation point for issues, defining KPI measurement with clients, leading quarterly reviews, assisting with staffing and resource allocation, and providing leadership and mentoring to the account team. Hybrid role based in Des Moines, IA, with an emphasis on strategic leadership, stakeholder management, revenue targets, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 5-7 years experience in marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
