Lead strategic and tactical interactive marketing plans for pharma and biotech clients, serving as the primary relationship owner to ensure exceptional communication and seamless platform value delivery. Drive client excellence by owning the quality and impact of every interaction, while managing a large cross-functional team and mentoring staff development. Leverage expertise in digital, media, and technology marketing to navigate the intersection of AI-driven content intelligence and precision omnichannel execution. Demonstrate strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities to deliver measurable commercial results. Requires 8+ years of agency and pharmaceutical experience with a proven track record in business development and creative concept management. Some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Approx. 8+ years of related experience

- Responsible for account staff team development
