Job Summary
Hunter Account Director to drive net-new enterprise AI SaaS/CPaaS/MarTech sales across BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare; own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure; engage CXO-level stakeholders; lead RFP/RFQ responses and commercial negotiations; collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to design tailored AI-led customer engagement solutions; maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates; represent Paytm at industry events and client meetings; focus on acquiring large enterprise logos and driving revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS / CPaaS / MarTech / AI platform sales
- Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles)
- Strong hunter mindset with success in new business acquisition
- Experience engaging with CXOs, business heads, and digital/marketing leaders
- Ability to sell consultatively, translating business problems into technology-led solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in deal structuring and negotiations
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
