Job Summary
Account Director for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Toronto with hybrid working arrangements. You will manage client accounts and projects from briefing through delivery, oversee budgets and contracts, lead account planning and new business opportunities, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with designers, copywriters, developers, and other agency stakeholders to ensure successful, profitable campaign deliveries. The role requires strong relationship-building with clients at all levels, excellent organization and multitasking abilities, proficiency in cross-functional coordination, and a track record of delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
