Job Summary
Own and drive the growth of a portfolio of small and medium-sized local restaurant partners in Almaty. Build strong, long-term relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and key decision-makers while developing a deep understanding of the local scene and partner needs. Identify commercial opportunities through upselling, campaigns, and growth initiatives, using data and insights to improve operational and commercial KPIs. Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute initiatives, analyze the market landscape, and proactively solve partner challenges. Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management, account development, trade marketing, business development, sales, hospitality, restaurant operations, partner management, or another relevant commercially focused role
- Strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in helping businesses grow
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of partners and stakeholders
- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working with data and using insights to support commercial decisions and conversations with partners
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach depending on the audience
- Passion for the restaurant industry and interest in developing Almaty's local restaurant scene
- Fluent in Russian and Kazakh, with a good command of English
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with CRM systems
- Experience with analytical tools such as Looker or Power BI
- Previous sales or upselling experience
