Job Summary
Account Development Specialist to support Tacony Corporation’s Commercial Floorcare Sales Team in a defined Florida territory. You will drive sales growth by identifying and engaging national accounts, delivering product demonstrations, and providing hands-on trainings to showcase commercial cleaning equipment. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Sr. Director, National Accounts to develop tailored sales strategies, meeting with key decision makers and channel partners to grow market share, making cold calls, conducting on-site trainings and demonstrations, and traveling approximately 50% of the time to advance opportunities and close deals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- At least 1 year sales experience, preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with commercial equipment distributors is a plus
- Experience conducting demonstrations and selling product / equipment, preferred
