Job Summary
Account Development Specialist to support new and existing customers through referral management, cold calling, and cross-team collaboration to identify sales opportunities; work with Account Managers and Regional Field Leaders including the Virtual Team to drive prospecting, virtual care growth, and engagement of referral partners. Leverage digital platforms to educate partners, collaborate on KPIs and reports, and support development of sales materials and training for the field and virtual care team. Responsibilities include managing the referral life-cycle from receipt to clinician assignment, improving admissions-to-evaluation conversion through care coordination, and reinforcing patient access pathways across Skilled Care, Wellness & Virtual Care. Requires strong communication skills, 1-3 years in B2B sales preferred, experience with outbound call centers, and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Navigator and Salesforce; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
