Job Summary
Account Development Specialist II at Veristat drives ABM strategy, grows new and existing target accounts, generates qualified meetings, and progresses opportunities to RFPs. Responsibilities include personalized outreach via phone and electronic media after researching accounts and products, documenting activities, supporting capabilities meetings and campaign follow-up, and collaborating with Business Development, Marketing, and Account Development to meet KPI targets. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 3-8 years in inside sales with 2-5 years in CRO/life sciences, CRM (Salesforce preferred), strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-8 years of inside sales or sales experience required
- 2-5 years of CRO or life sciences experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel (including pivots, formulas, v-lookups), Outlook, LinkedIn, Web-browser
- CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Comfortable making cold calls to prospective companies
