Job Summary
Account Development Specialist for Aspect Fine Wine in Anaheim, part of Orange County North. Drives revenue and market share for the assigned portfolio within targeted accounts, spends 80% of time in market, develops beverage and marketing strategies, presents new products, conducts monthly business reviews with key accounts, collaborates with trade development and sales management to accelerate speed to market, plans high-end consumer activations, leads training and knowledge sharing for the sales team, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders/gatekeepers of supplier accounts. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in sales or related category experience; WSET II/CSW certifications preferred; valid driver’s license; proficient in MS Office; strong communication, diplomacy, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Salary range listed: $70,304 - $117,000, plus bonus potential and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 years in sales or industry related and category expertise experience
- Fine Wine Accreditation (preferably WSET Level 2 or similar)
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient PC skills including MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team
- Strong verbal/written communication and discretion
