Job Summary
Account Development Representative at PitchBook (Morningstar company) based in Singapore. Role centers on outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities for Account Managers and BDRs within a fixed book of accounts, collaborating across teams (AMs, BDRs, Customer Success) to build pipeline and drive growth. Responsibilities include discovery calls, qualification, achieving monthly/quarterly quotas for opportunities and pipeline, nurturing stalled opportunities, researching accounts and territories, crafting tailored messaging using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Highspot, maintaining Salesforce records, reviewing Gong interactions to refine strategies, and developing expertise in PitchBook’s offerings and private capital markets. The position emphasizes in-person collaboration in the office five days a week in Singapore, with limited travel to remote offices or events as needed. The candidate should be authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship and possess a bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of outbound experience, strong communication skills, and a client-first attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Interest in financial markets or services (private equity/ venture capital)
- Ability to manage urgent tasks and deliver results
- Strong prioritization skills
- Comfort with diverse clients
- Team player
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems
- Authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship now or in future
