Job Summary
Educate clients on ergonomic workplace solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and facilitate presentations for end-users, dealers, and project managers. Maintain minimum 13 weekly sales appointments, develop strategic business plans, and achieve revenue and profitability goals. Serve as a liaison for shipment and quality matters, complete sales reporting and training, and lead dealer sessions to establish new accounts. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of outside sales experience, and valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $68,033 to $99,233 plus commission, with comprehensive benefits including 401k matching, extensive medical coverage, and 15 days PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience with commercial furniture or similar industry experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Great presentation skills
- Must have dependable transportation, a valid driver's license and auto-insurance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
