Job Summary
Account Development Representative for General Medicine in Kingston/Peterborough focused on expanding clinical use of Amgen products among physicians and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing territory plans, achieving monthly sales objectives, delivering branded sales messages, managing reimbursement issues, coordinating with cross-functional partners (MSL, Patient Access Navigator, Key Accounts), organizing programs and rounds, and providing feedback on marketing strategies. Strong emphasis on relationship-building with specialists and primary care clinicians, technical knowledge of therapeutic areas, and capability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Sales experience in Cardiology/Dyslipidemia/Cardiometabolic market asset
- Experience in Specialty & Primary Care selling
- Territory familiarity
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and collaboration abilities
