Job Summary
Account Development Manager responsible for growing new and existing sales in the Sarasota, FL market across commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments. Develop account planning, identify growth opportunities, manage accounts in CRM, generate accurate quotes to meet margin targets, and collaborate with store managers to fulfill customer needs. Requires 3+ years of sales experience with strong customer service, familiarity with CRM tools, and daily travel within the territory. Must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship is required. PPC participants in a Fixed and Variable Rate program and field-based role in Sarasota; remote option noted.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required with 3+ years of previous sales experience
- 3+ years of paint and coatings experience
- CRM experience preferred
- Daily travel within assigned territory; must possess valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (no H-1B sponsorship)
