Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring excellence in customer and internal technical support by coordinating service activities, efficiently managing technical resources, and timely warranty follow-up to support operational continuity, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Leads planning and execution of service activities, ensuring responsive, effective solutions and high quality standards in each intervention. Key duties include managing the service schedule, organizing technical assistance, supporting internal (technicians, parts, and sales) and external customers, reviewing and approving reports for invoicing, and managing warranties. Requires completed education in a related field and advanced technical knowledge of business units; proficiency in English for technical documentation and effective communication. A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is expected.
