Job Summary

Executive Assistant to the Managing Director providing administrative, travel, and coordination support across Liebherr USA locations. Responsibilities include processing travel expense claims, arranging flights and ground transportation, coordinating VIP customer and shareholder events, planning meetings and site visits, maintaining organized archives, booking business-class travel, and preparing reports and summaries. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, ability to use AI-enabled productivity tools, and experience supporting multi-location operations. Travel domestically and internationally up to 5%; driver license required; no sponsorship eligibility for US work authorization.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, IT administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or shared services support roles (Level I). 2-4 years (Level II). 4-7 years (Level III). 7+ years (Level IV). German language proficiency a plus, not required.
