Job Summary
Field Service Engineer for Liebherr’s Mobile Cranes division, covering Ireland and the United Kingdom. Responsible for diagnostic, service, repair, recovery and operational instruction on crane products, with occasional work on non-Liebherr equipment. Focus on mobile crane customers, supporting warranty processing, identifying opportunities to develop revenue with customers, and providing technical reports for specific problems. Requires rota-based out-of-hours support, travel between Ireland and the UK, and possible overseas travel, while upholding safety, quality, environmental and financial policies and presenting the Liebherr brand professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of a recognised apprenticeship in a related industry to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Has relevant product or industry experience
- Able to demonstrate through experience in a similar industry application of skills and knowledge gained
- Be able to travel UK & Ireland as required to support business requirements.
- To be able to travel overseas as required
- Good customer sales and service ethic
