Job Summary
Provide all aspects of technical support to Liebherr-Great Britain and Liebherr Ireland Mobile and Crawler Crane customers and field service/workshop engineers; manage and communicate technical information, support warranty work, and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain high service standards; participate in off-site meetings and overseas exhibitions, and contribute to a rota-based out-of-hours call-out, demonstrating strong customer service, teamwork, and effective administrative skills.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of a recognised apprenticeship/qualification in a related industry
