Job Summary

Account Coordinator role focusing on sales support and product/service coordination for Desert Lumber and Building Materials. Responsibilities include assisting Account Managers, preparing estimates and price quotes, processing orders and paperwork (AP/AR, order tickets, returns, service requests), coordinating purchase/delivery of special products, handling customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and scheduling deliveries/installations, maintaining stock levels, and providing clerical support. Required traits include strong interpersonal and written communication skills, proficiency with AR systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an office environment. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED, with 2 years of accounts receivable experience expected. Salary range is $18.00-$20.00 per hour (annualized to $37,440-$41,600).

Required Qualifications
