Job Summary
Assist Brokers, Producers and Account Executives in day-to-day client servicing and inquiries; manage renewal process, obtain materials, coordinate with carriers and underwriters; prepare client presentations and renewal summaries; support with quotes, binders, premium financing, and policy issuance coordination; ensure accurate policy information and maintenance of client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- State specific license is required; can be obtained within 60 days of employment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail & time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Salesforce & EPIC experience preferred
