Job Summary
Account Coordinator, Queue Team monitors client accounts for holds and closures, coordinates new client updates with active agents, and maintains excellent customer service and communication. Responsibilities include processing recoveries, handling client requests related to recovery operations, using multiple computer systems (internal OS, Microsoft Office, and third-party/vendor systems), and ensuring accuracy and productivity. The role requires strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills and a commitment to company policies and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing experience is preferred.
