Job Summary
Account Coordinator for Queue Team responsible for monitoring client accounts for holds/closures, coordinating updates with active agents, delivering strong customer service, researching and resolving issues, processing recoveries and client requests related to recovery operations, and using multiple computer systems (Google workspace, Microsoft Office, and internal/vendor systems) with high accuracy and productivity. Must communicate effectively, adhere to company policies, and support teammates while handling routine recovery operations.
