Job Summary
Account Coordinator to support Account Executives/Managers in maintaining Linear TV deals, enter and confirm schedule details (units, dates, dayparts, rotations, targeting, pricing), coordinate across departments (Pricing & Planning, Traffic/Operations, Finance/AR, Research, Brand Partnerships), execute changes with confirmations and change notices, handle internal schedule changes (programming, makegoods), assist with ad delivery monitoring, pull pre/post-logs, serve as day-to-day contact for agency/client assistants, verify invoices against delivery/pricing, and resolve discrepancies with Finance/AR. Strong emphasis on organization, process adherence, communication, and cross-team collaboration to ensure campaign execution and accurate invoicing.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work or intern experience in media and/or related customer service
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- A keen eye toward process adherence
- Ability to clearly communicate, act with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative team player
- Proactive problem-solver
