Job Summary
Account Coordinator in Hamburg responsible for achieving the retail sales plan and regional KPIs, delivering Best-in-Class trainings to boost brand awareness and drive sales, and building strong internal and external partnerships. The role plans and executes business-level events and trainings, manages administrative tasks and budgets, and ensures compliance with the ABH dress code while staying aligned with current trends. Requires 3-5 years of retail experience, leadership of counters with at least $1M revenue, strong coaching ability, data-driven decision making, and effective communication; English skills are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in Retail
- Experience leading a counter with revenue of at least one million dollars
- Proven ability to inspire, coach and develop others
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analytics
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to collaborate and build positive business partnerships
- Effective communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
