Job Summary
Account Coordinator at Firespring (Lincoln, NE) responsible for leading client calls, facilitating status meetings and presentations, and acting as the central liaison between creative, development, and marketing teams to keep workflows predictable and organized. Responsibilities include identifying next steps from client and internal conversations, maintaining accurate project documentation (briefs, notes, timelines), ensuring smooth handoffs across strategy, creative, and production teams, supporting proposal development, and preparing detailed meeting agendas and follow-ups. Requires 2–3 years of related experience, exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, ability to translate client needs into actionable internal direction, and comfort with project management tools; experience in a marketing or creative agency and exposure to nonprofit clients are a plus. Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, project management, or relationship-focused roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to influence, persuade, and connect with people
- High level of organization and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to translate client needs into clear, actionable internal direction for creative teams
- Experience in a marketing or creative agency environment is a plus, with a preference for working in a people-rich, social environment rather than deep analytical/technical work
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and exposure to nonprofit clients is a plus
