Job Summary
The Account Coordinator is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by providing excellent service to accounts and effectively representing client needs within the organization. Key responsibilities include managing client communications, preparing necessary documentation for export and import clearance, ensuring timely processing of orders, and adhering to KPIs. Candidates should have substantial knowledge of logistics, customs regulations, and experience in customer service and freight forwarding.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience in Customer Service
- 2 years Logistics Freight forwarding experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of all rules, regulations, governance and documentation preparations for Imports and Exports
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
