Job Summary
Account Coordinator in client services to manage client needs and strengthen relationships through high-quality customer service. Acts as liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, onboarding of new members, client-facing presentations, invoicing and billing tasks, and ongoing portal support. Responsibilities include answering information requests about workers’ compensation products, maintaining and communicating with clients, tracking activities, facilitating broker requests, managing loss runs and certificates, and handling administrative projects for assigned groups. Requires solid MS Office skills, strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and a customer-service orientation. On-site position with a base salary of $40,000–$45,000 and benefits, with emphasis on collaboration and cross-functional partnership.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
