Job Summary
Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies for strategic accounts and target industries, collaborating closely with sales teams to prioritize and manage enterprise clients. Conduct account and stakeholder analyses to identify business potential and decision-making structures, then create personalized campaigns along the customer journey using intent data and marketing automation tools. Plan and deliver integrated multi-channel initiatives including digital, social media, email, and executive engagement to drive pipeline contribution and engagement. Measure campaign performance against ROI, lead quality, and engagement metrics to continuously optimize ABM processes and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B-Marketing, Demand Generation oder Account Based Marketing
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung bei der Planung und Umsetzung datengetriebener Marketingkampagnen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsteams und komplexen Enterprise-Kunden
- Kenntnisse moderner CRM- und Marketing-Automation-Plattformen (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot)
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Account Based Marketing, Demand Generation und Customer Journey Management
- Kenntnisse in Analyse- und Reporting-Tools sowie datengetriebenem Marketing
- Fähigkeit, Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundeninformationen in effektive Marketingstrategien umzusetzen
- Starke Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denkvermögen und Ergebnisorientierung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in internationalen und funktionsübergreifenden Teams
Desired Qualifications
