Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries, and process insurance claims while following up on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. This role supports the agency's mission to help people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams through auto, home, life, and retirement planning services.
