Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. This Account Associate role supports daily business operations and customer success as a liaison between client needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services.
