Job Summary
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments while proactively marketing relevant products and services. This role supports daily business operations and customer success within a team of four at a local State Farm agency.
