Job Summary
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Improve lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
