Job Summary
Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member grows the agency through meaningful customer relations and acts as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant insurance and financial services products. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts and updating information in the database, assisting customers with policy changes and inquiries, processing insurance claims and following up on claim status, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
