Account Associate - Industrial Water Treatment

Entry-level Account Associate in CSM supporting Account Managers while learning chemical water treatment solutions. You’ll work with customers across industries, gaining hands-on experience in data collection and basic analysis, and preparing preliminary technical reports. The role emphasizes field-based interaction in East Texas, with responsibilities including shadowing Account Managers on cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and Memchem applications; collecting samples; performing data analysis; participating in comprehensive technical training; providing customer support during visits and service calls; maintaining records and sample scheduling; contributing to safety and EHS compliance; and developing foundational knowledge to progress toward independent technical analysis and Account Representative responsibilities.
