Job Summary
Process billing, invoicing, and related administrative tasks for assigned customer accounts with high accuracy and timeliness. Set up, maintain, and modify customer billing items and account data within internal systems while utilizing digital tools and AI-enabled features to optimize workflows. Enter, validate, audit, and correct data for new and existing customer items, ensuring data integrity across systems. Coordinate with suppliers and internal support networks to ensure timely receipt of invoices, rebates, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with Operations to support invoice reviews, margin analysis, and customer reporting. Analyze billing data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities. Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings to contribute ideas on efficiency and automation. This Account Administrator I role supports Billing Specialists, Operations, Program Managers, and the Accounting & Finance team at Envita Solutions, a leading total waste management partner headquartered in Indianapolis. The position requires 1+ years of experience in billing or accounts payable and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounting, or a related administrative or financial role
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in office

- Coursework or certifications related to accounting, finance, business operations, data analysis, or technology tools
- Experience working within ERPs, billing, or financial systems
